These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the software services provided by EKSPOSE BV through its web-based platform and browser extension (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, installing the browser extension, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Support requests can be submitted exclusively through the support form made available within the Service or on the Company's website.
2. Scope of the Service
The Service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution made available through:
- A web-based application
- A browser extension (Chrome-compatible)
The Service is designed to support professional users in commercial workflows, data structuring, and productivity-related processes, including integrations with third-party platforms.
The Service is provided exclusively for professional and business use.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Act in a professional or commercial capacity;
- Have the legal authority to bind the entity you represent.
The Service is not intended for consumer or private use.
4. Account Creation
Access to the Service requires the creation of an account.
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Ensure that all users under your organization comply with these Terms.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account and any associated user accounts.
5. User Seats
Subscriptions are provided on a per-user-seat basis.
Each seat:
- Is assigned to one identifiable individual;
- May not be shared between multiple persons;
- May only be reassigned through authorized administrative access.
You are responsible for managing and controlling user access within your organization.
6. Subscription Plans
The Service is offered through paid subscription plans, including:
- Monthly subscriptions; or
- Annual subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of equal duration unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Plan features, usage limits, and pricing are described on the website or within the Service interface.
7. Fees and Payment
All fees are:
- Charged in advance;
- Exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes;
- Payable through the available payment methods at checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Temporary suspension of access; or
- Downgrading or termination of the subscription.
Any started billing period remains payable in full.
8. Cancellation and Termination by the Customer
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
- Prevents future renewals;
- Does not entitle you to a refund for the active period.
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
9. Suspension or Termination by the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if:
- These Terms are violated;
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled;
- The Service is used unlawfully or abusively;
- Continued access poses legal, technical, or security risks.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities;
- Violate applicable data protection, marketing, or commercial laws;
- Interfere with third-party systems or platforms;
- Circumvent technical restrictions, seat limits, or safeguards;
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Service.
Use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws and professional standards.
11. Third-Party Platforms
The Service may integrate with or interact with third-party platforms, including browsers, CRM systems, or external websites.
The Company:
- Is not affiliated with such third parties;
- Does not control their availability or policies;
- Is not responsible for limitations, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party providers.
You remain solely responsible for compliance with third-party terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, interfaces, databases, designs, branding, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of the Company.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely during an active subscription period.
No ownership rights are transferred.
13. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
You grant the Company a limited right to process such data solely for:
- Operating and maintaining the Service;
- Providing customer support;
- Improving system performance and reliability.
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
14. Availability and Maintenance
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance or updates;
- Security measures;
- Dependencies on external services.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Belgian law:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or data.
In all cases, total liability shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim, damage, or loss arising from:
- Misuse of the Service;
- Violation of applicable laws;
- Breach of these Terms;
- Actions of authorized users under your account.
17. Modifications to the Terms
The Company may modify these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated electronically prior to taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received in connection with the Service.
This obligation remains in effect for three (3) years following termination.
19. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Network outages;
- Government actions;
- Natural disasters;
- Platform-wide technical failures.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the Service and supersede all prior communications or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
