Every SurroundR user gets Wiza in the managed pool on day one. Wiza customers with their own contract can optionally bring a key — the same Settings flow as other BYO providers.
Path A — every SurroundR user (no Wiza account required)
Install and connect HubSpot
Add SurroundR from the Chrome Web Store and approve HubSpot OAuth. Wiza is already in the managed enrichment pool — no API key to paste.
Capture on LinkedIn
One click on a profile adds the contact to HubSpot — name, title, company, and LinkedIn URL from the feed you already work in.
Wiza fires in the round robin
On save, SurroundR's managed waterfall tries Wiza alongside Prospeo, FindyMail, and Hunter using SurroundR-managed keys. Order within the pool is handled automatically.
Verified data lands in HubSpot
When Wiza returns a match, verified email writes to standard HubSpot Contact properties — deduplicated against existing records on email, phone, or LinkedIn URL.
Path B — Wiza customers with their own contract
Paste your Wiza API key
In Settings → Enrich Settings → Your API keys, add your Wiza key. Connect a provider using your own API key — key-backed providers can be ordered in settings and use your credits instead of Surroundr credits.
Set provider order
Drag Wiza to the position you want relative to other key-backed sources and the managed pool. Your key gives you fixed ordering Wiza does not have inside the automatic round robin.
Capture on LinkedIn
Same one-click capture into HubSpot. When Wiza is next in your order, SurroundR calls Wiza with your key instead of the managed pool for that lookup.
Your Wiza credits do the work
Key-backed Wiza lookups consume your Wiza credits, not SurroundR credits. Results still land on the HubSpot Contact record on save.
