If SurroundR has captured your information from a public LinkedIn profile, you can request that we delete it. We respond within 24 hours.

This is for individuals whose data may be in SurroundR via a customer's capture. If you're a SurroundR customer wanting to delete your own account or exported data, contact your account directly or email hello@surroundr.io.

What we process

Here's what's at stake.

Public profile data

Name, headline, current company, role, and LinkedIn URL — all visible on your public LinkedIn profile when a SurroundR customer captured you.

Enrichment data

If a customer also requested enrichment, we may have your verified work email and/or mobile phone number, sourced from third-party data providers.

Where it lives

Your data lives in our customer's HubSpot account. We don't resell it, train models on it, or use it for our own marketing. We're a pipe, not a database.

After you submit

Here's what happens.

  1. Within 24 hours: confirmation email

    We confirm receipt and verify the email address belongs to you. This prevents bad-faith deletion requests.

  2. Within 7 days: deletion completed

    We find your data across all SurroundR customer accounts, delete it, and confirm completion. If we can't find your data, we tell you that too — honestly.

  3. Permanent record

    Deletion is permanent. To prevent future captures, we add your profile to a list that helps us prevent re-capture going forward.
