Every SurroundR user gets Prospeo in the managed pool from day one. Prospeo customers with an existing contract can add their API key in the same BYO flow as other key-backed providers.
Path A — every SurroundR user (no Prospeo account required)
Install and connect HubSpot
Add SurroundR from the Chrome Web Store and approve HubSpot OAuth. Prospeo is already in the managed enrichment pool — nothing to configure in Prospeo's dashboard.
Capture on LinkedIn
One click on a profile — or a Sales Navigator lead — adds the contact to HubSpot with name, title, company, and LinkedIn URL from the feed you already work in.
Prospeo fires in the round robin
On save, SurroundR's managed waterfall tries Prospeo alongside Wiza, FindyMail, and Hunter using SurroundR-managed keys. Ordering within the pool is automatic — you do not pick which managed provider runs first.
Email and mobile land in HubSpot
When Prospeo returns a match, verified email and mobile write to standard HubSpot Contact properties — deduplicated against existing records on email, phone, or LinkedIn URL.

Paste your Prospeo API key
In Settings → Enrich Settings → Your API keys, add your Prospeo key. Connect a provider using your own API key — key-backed providers can be ordered in settings and use your credits instead of Surroundr credits.
Set provider order
Drag Prospeo to the position you want relative to other key-backed sources and the managed pool. Your key gives you fixed ordering that the automatic round robin does not offer.
Capture on LinkedIn
Same one-click capture into HubSpot. When Prospeo is next in your order, SurroundR calls Prospeo with your key for that enrichment pass.
Your Prospeo credits do the work
Key-backed Prospeo lookups consume your Prospeo credits, not SurroundR credits. Email and mobile results still write to the HubSpot Contact record on save.
